Women for Poverty Eradication and Education (WOPEE) is a community-based organization committed to empowering women through education, skills training, and sustainable development.
At WOPEE, we believe that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty. By equipping women with knowledge, resources, and opportunities, we help them build financial independence and transform their communities from the ground up.

Since 2015, Women for Poverty Eradication and Education (WOPEE) has worked to eradicate poverty through education, empowerment, and sustainable community programs. Impact Stories
Amina’s New Beginning
Once struggling to provide for her children, Amina joined a WOPEE tailoring program. Today, she runs her own small business and trains other women in her village — turning her skills into a ripple of empowerment.
Hope for Widows Program
WOPEE’s community care projects support widows with counseling, financial literacy, and group savings. Many have since become leaders in local cooperatives, rebuilding their lives with dignity.
